  • How do I book / rent my Bus / Cab?

  • What Vehicles and Services does Win Travels offer?

  • Do you’ll provide Luxury Vehicles?
    Yes, we have a range of vehicles under Luxury Segment. Kindly get in touch to know more about it.
  • How many vehicles can I book at once?
    You can book / rent / hire any number of vehicles depending on your requirement and the number of passengers. We have catered to a large group of Corporates, Schools, Weddings, Religious Events, Outstation Trips in the past. You could select the type of vehicles and make any particular request if needed at the time of booking.
  • Can I reschedule my trip?
    For One Way rescheduling would be within a range of couple of hours. A Fee maybe applicable for the same. For Round Trips rescheduling would depend on the availability of the Vehicle for the next day. If the Vehicle is available, it could be done and the charges would be applicable based on the same.
  • How are the Trips and Distance charged?
    The distance would be calculated based on the Garage (and distance covered within the city to the Boarding Point) to the Destination Point. A minimum distance would be considered for billing on a daily basis, if that is exceeded, the charges would be based on the Number of Kilometers that were exceeded.
  • What is excluded from the Charges?
    The Quoted Charges would not include Tolls / Parking / Inter-State Taxes. We could always help you with the estimates for the above.
  • When would I receive the Vehicle details?
    The Vehicle details would be shared 24 Hours before the trip.
  • How much luggage is permissible?
    Luggage would depend on the number of passengers and the vehicle booked. Our buses do have carriers and storage compartments, but please make sure to mention your requirements during Booking.
  • Can I track the location of my booked bus online?
    Yes, you can track your bus online using the link that would be shared with you. This feature allows passengers and their family members to track the live location which adds to the safety.
  • What are the safety steps taken?
    Every Vehicle has been provided with First-Aid Kits, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Exits. Along with it our vehicles undergo regular testing and inspection to ensure quality service.
  • What kind of Cars and Buses are provided?
    Every vehicle would have different features and would depend on the vehicle that you have booked. Kindly make sure to confirm the same when speaking to our Customer Support Team. All our vehicles are cleaned / sanitized before and after every trip to ensure customer safety.
  • Do I require a permit to travel in-between States?
    As per law, every vehicle owner would be required to make a special permit based on the days of travel as per the government rules and regulations. The Permit charges vary based on the Vehicle Capacity. Kindly get in touch with our team to know about the Charges.
  • What if I lose any personal belonging?
    Any Passenger who loses any personal items can reach out to us on e-mail or call. Please make sure you provide us with a description of the item that has been lost, along with your contact details. Kindly note Win Travels will not be responsible for any lost items. We’ll ask our team to look for the lost item and will provide an update on the same.
